How long will it take for my order to arrive?

PiratesRock.com ships 2 times a week with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Global Priority. Once we ship Prioriry Mail takes 2-3 days and Global Priority takes 4-8 days to most countries. If you need an item by a certain day, please let us know and we will do the best we can to accomodate you.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

As fo now, we are solely using PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards, and also will trasfer money from your back account. You DO NOT NEED to sign up for a PayPal account to pay with your credit card and PayPal has one of the most secure carts available. If this is a problem, we can work something out, send us an email.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship anywhere that paypal accepts payments from. Some countries may have longer shipping times.

 

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date, although we do bill for shipping again. ($5 US, and $10 international)
